Bookkeeping Hub is a private, invitation-only bookkeeping application for a small group of related companies. It keeps each company's double-entry books in its own workspace, with access controlled by the company's owners and two-factor authentication required for everyone.
What it does
- Imports bank and card transactions from Mercury, Ramp and Chase, and suggests categories with AI for a person to approve
- Produces profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements, by month and by class
- Sends invoices, tracks bills to approve and pay, and matches them to bank payments
- Reads receipts and bills, including documents in foreign currencies
- Prepares year-end 1099 reports for contractors
- Exports reports to Google Docs and Sheets in your own Google Drive
How Google sign-in is used
Signing in with Google shares your name, email address and profile picture so the app can confirm you were invited. The app also asks for permission to create files in your Google Drive, which it uses only to save reports you choose to export. It cannot see other files in your Drive.
